SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
5. Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Holie is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Delays
Holie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@helloholie.com and we will investigate promptly.
7. Pre-orders
For pre-order items, the processing and dispatch timeline begins from the official release date of the product, not the date of purchase. You will be notified by email when your pre-order is ready to be dispatched.
