RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, no questions asked. To initiate a return, contact us at info@helloholie.com within this 30-day window.

2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Holie cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Note: Returns are sent to our fulfillment warehouse. Return address will be provided upon request.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

6. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind our products. If you don't experience real relief within 60 days of purchase, contact us at info@helloholie.com and we will work with you to find a solution, including a refund where applicable.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at info@helloholie.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Pre-Orders If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at info@helloholie.com and we will process your cancellation promptly.

9. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
